As a Farpoint Designer, you will work directly with our Design team to help shape and develop new and refreshing approaches to crafting visual narratives for our clients, which are approachable, memorable, modern, and compelling.
Leading with imagination and iterative visuals, you will work to produce best-in-class assets which are unique, cohesive, and beautiful – for use in creatives across multiple mediums and channels (presentations, digital, web, social, landing pages). On Client work, you will be an integral part of a team typically comprising 3-5 consultants, actively contributing to every phase of the client engagement. Your responsibilities are to execute the highest quality of design throughout all phases of the process –– sketching, refining working design prototypes, and final production.
You will facilitate/participate in brainstorms and critique with genuine interest in finding the best solution for engaging new and existing audiences.
Ensure that every brief meets business goals and creative standards. It is imperative that a consistent and cohesive brand language extends across departments.
You excel in your ability to define, establish, and explain various design standards used in high quality outputs.
Stay connected to the latest standards and trends in the design field.
Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
