As a Farpoint Fellow, you will be part of a dynamic project team, collaborating closely with our experts and clients to tackle the most complex challenges in AI and technology. In this role, you will work with top-tier organizations across various sectors—private, public, and social—to devise innovative solutions for their most pressing issues.
You’ll be an integral part of a team typically comprising 3-5 consultants, actively contributing to every phase of the client engagement. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, formulating and testing hypotheses, and crafting and delivering strategic recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present your findings to client leadership and work alongside client teams to implement your recommendations.

This includes a dedicated Partner from your local office who will help guide your career, and comprehensive formal training during your initial weeks.
Additionally, you’ll be supported in selecting client projects that align with your interests and career goals, enabling you to expand your skill set and grow your professional network. Successful Fellows may be offered a full-time position upon the completion of their residency.
Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
